A striking Phra Pidta amulet from the revered Luang Phor Pae of Wat Pikul Thong, distinguished by its vivid Sai Rung—“rainbow”—powder pattern. Flowing bands of green, gold, pink and blue run through the front and reverse, giving this piece a bold, individual character.
The front depicts Phra Pidta in a seated form, hands raised to cover the face. In Thai sacred tradition, Phra Pidta is associated with turning away from harmful influences and seeking protection, composure and inner focus. The reverse carries a raised seated figure, framed by the same richly layered multicoloured material.
Luang Phor Pae is especially recognised for his coloured Phra Pidta and Phra Somdej amulets. His sacred pieces are traditionally sought by devotees for protection, good fortune, prosperity and metta—kindness and goodwill.
Presented in a clear oval protective case, the amulet remains visible from both sides. The transparent casing showcases the rainbow detail, while the metal hanging loop makes it ready to wear or display.
